Overview
Harvest in Queen Creek Arizona
Harvest at Queen Creek is an agrarian-inspired master-planned community in Queen Creek (85142), south of Riggs Road near Rittenhouse Road. Homes have been built from about 2019 through 2025, by builders including David Weekley Homes. Harvest is known for its family-friendly amenities: a catch-and-release fishing lake, two heated community pools, a splash pad, a community center, and regular events. Schools are close by, and HOA dues are moderate. Things to think about here are the small lots and closely spaced homes, construction that’s only recently wrapped up, fast growth and traffic across Queen Creek, and a long commute to central Phoenix.
The Homes
Harvest is all single-family homes, a mix of single-level and two-story plans, from about 1,900 to 3,000 square feet. Lots are small. David Weekley’s Meadows Collection, for example, sits on 45-foot-wide homesites, and many lots are around an eighth of an acre.
Recent listings range from about $490,000 for smaller homes to around $750,000 for larger, upgraded homes on premium lots.
Because homes are new, major systems like roofs and A/C units are in good shape.
The HOA Dues
HOA dues are about $120 to $137 a month, covering common-area and street maintenance, and in some sections trash. That’s pretty reasonable given the amenity package.
The Amenities
Harvest’s amenities are a big draw:
- A 1.5-acre catch-and-release fishing lake
- Two heated community pools, including a resort-style pool and a junior Olympic lap pool
- A splash pad and playgrounds
- A community center and outdoor pavilion
- Tree-lined streets, walking and biking trails, and greenbelts
- Community fire pits, BBQ areas, and shaded hammocks
- Food trucks and year-round community events
The Schools
Harvest is in Queen Creek Unified School District. Schnepf Elementary is less than a mile away for many homes, and Crismon High School, which serves grades 7–12, is also nearby.
Growth and Traffic
Queen Creek is one of the fastest-growing towns in Arizona, and Harvest sits in the middle of that growth. Expect more traffic on Riggs, Rittenhouse, and Ellsworth roads, ongoing construction in surrounding areas, and new commercial and industrial development across the southeast Valley.
The Location
Harvest is close to Queen Creek’s best-known attractions, including Schnepf Farms, Queen Creek Olive Mill, and the Pecan Lake Entertainment District, as well as Downtown Queen Creek and San Tan Mountain Regional Park. Commutes to Phoenix, Tempe, or Sky Harbor are long.
